Our customer service desk, with the blue umbrella, is conveniently located in the Valet Lane at Stonebriar Mall in Frisco - directly below the Cheesecake Factory in the lower level next to the main entrance and Barnes & Noble.

How Do I Know When My Car is Ready?

A.

We record your cell phone number when you arrive and check-in. When service is completed, you will receive a text notification that it is ready. You also have the option to reply back to us so that we can try to have your vehicle waiting for you curbside for a quick departure. Our customers seem to Love this as your time is valuable and important to us!

How Long Have You Been in Business?

We opened our 1st location @ Stonebriar Mall in Frisco, TX in August 2011.  Check us out on our social media: Facebook, Instagram, as well as Yelp & Google. We are also accredited by the Better Business Bureau.

What Makes You Different From Other Car Washes?

We know how important customer service is for our valued customers. We have a customer service desk conveniently located in the valet lane making it simple to check - in & out which gives us the opportunity to provide that extra touch of service that Chris likes to deliver to his customers. In addition, our list of services are extensive and continue to grow. It starts with our strong attention to detail with our hand wash that includes hand clean & polish of the wheels. In addition, we are full service and provide basic interior cleans as well as hand wax, leather condition, carpet and seat steam clean, paint rejuvenation, and clay bar. We also offer oil change and even paintless dent repair by appointment. All while you multi-task and enjoy yourself with shopping, dining, or entertaining in the mall.

Do You Offer a Raincheck?

We would LOVE to be able to offer our valued & loyal guests with a raincheck, as other driver-thru car washes do. However, please keep in mind we are a hand wash & detail and it is labor intensive for our staff. Special requests will be considered but there is always our VIP membership program which will help with those rain checks.

Where Can I Find Discounts?

Join us with our social media to keep up to date with specials and events. You are also invited to purchase a Wash Pass that provides a discount Monday thru Thursday or join us as a VIP annual or monthly member.

What Car Wash Services Do You Offer?

Texas Auto Spa provides a variety of services from a basic express hand wash and detail for $39.95 up to an ultimate full detail for $199.95. See our main service area for prices and quotes on all services provided.

Do You Provide Parking?

Yes, we provide parking for our guests at our customer service desk conveniently located in the Valet Lane. Our monthly & annual VIP members can skip the valet line and pull-up on the outside for immediate and priority check-in.

How Long Does It Take to Get My Car Washed?

It can take anywhere between 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on the service ordered. However, weekend and holiday traffic tends to be peak. We invite you to call or text ahead.
